We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure online checkout.

We want to make sure you are happy with our products; if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or gift, you may exchange or return within 21 days of receiving your order.   All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and have hang tags attached.  Shipping on exchanged and returned items is not refundable.  Sale items are not returnable.

If you received damaged or wrong items, please notify us immediately at info@keaandjoby.com so that we can handle these matters. 

If you choose to exchange an item from your order, please place the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your invoice with notations of what you wish to exchange, and ship it to the address below.   We must have your credit card information for the new shipping charge or if the new item(s) you are requesting exceed the cost of the exchanged item(s); please include your credit card number and expiration date on your invoice.

For returns, simply place the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your invoice, and ship it to the address below.  We will refund your credit card upon receipt.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders received weekdays after 6 P.M. (EST), weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.  At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations except Canada, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or U.S. territories.  Weekend delivery is not available.  Next day shipping is only available for orders placed Monday through Thursday. 

The clothing is cut to be more fitted than boxy, so if unsure about a size, choose the next size up.
